547bd ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online casino and betting service for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "user" or "you" refers to any person who holds an account on the platform.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. If any ambiguity or conflict arises between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts"), all of them will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited. Multiple people at the same household address may each hold separate accounts, but their identities must be verified individually.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

4.1 Deposits

547bd supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method).

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support and provide proof of the transaction (screenshot or reference number).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 will give you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Specific games contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirements. Generally, slots contribute at 100% and table games contribute at a lower rate. See the special terms for each bonus for specific details.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers may only be used once — they cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Unused bonuses will expire at the end of this period.
• 547bd reserves the right to cancel accounts where bonuses are claimed fraudulently.
• VIP cashback — Bronze (weekly maximum 0.2%), Silver (maximum 0.5%), Gold (maximum 0.8%), and Platinum (maximum 1.0%) — individual detailed terms apply for each tier.

6.1 Fair Play Policy
